Secure Use of the Application
To help protect your identity and the confidentiality of your report, please avoid providing information that may directly or indirectly identify you if you wish to remain anonymous. Before attaching documents, please also check whether the files contain hidden personal information or metadata that could reveal your identity.
Where possible, submit and access your report using a personal or private device and a secure internet connection. If you wish to remain anonymous, you may also consider avoiding devices or networks managed by the organization.
This platform does not record the IP address used to access the website and uses only temporary session cookies for security purposes. Communications and information submitted through the platform are protected using appropriate encryption and security measures.
Your Inbox
You can use your secure inbox to receive updates regarding your report, including acknowledgment of receipt, requests for additional information, and other feedback or communications.
At the end of the reporting process, a username and password will be generated and displayed to you. Please save these credentials securely, as they cannot be recovered or reset if lost.
If you lose your credentials and can no longer access your secure inbox, you may submit a new report and indicate that it relates to a previously submitted report. Please provide the reference number of the earlier report, if available, and state that you are submitting the new report because you can no longer access the original inbox. You do not need to repeat information already provided unless necessary.
You may also provide an email address to receive notifications whenever a new message is posted in your secure inbox. Your email address will only be used for notification purposes.
Data Processing
The relevant Aboitiz entity receiving and handling your report acts as the personal information controller of personal data processed in connection with the report.
Aboitiz processes personal information and sensitive personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, its implementing rules and regulations, applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission, and other applicable data protection and privacy laws, to the extent applicable. Personal data submitted through this platform will be processed only for legitimate purposes relating to the receipt, assessment, investigation, resolution, and administration of whistleblowing reports, and will be protected through appropriate organizational, technical, and physical safeguards.

This platform, its webpages, and the database used to store information submitted through the platform are operated by Trusty AG, Switzerland, as a third-party service provider acting on behalf of Aboitiz.
The database is encrypted and hosted on virtual servers located in the European Union. Trusty AG processes personal data only as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and support the platform on behalf of Aboitiz and in accordance with applicable contractual and data protection requirements.
Access to reports and the personal data contained therein is limited to authorized Aboitiz personnel responsible for receiving, assessing, investigating, and resolving reports. Authorized Trusty AG personnel may access the platform or database only to the extent necessary for technical administration, maintenance, security, and support.
Where necessary or required by applicable law, information relating to a report may also be disclosed by Aboitiz to appropriate law enforcement, regulatory or government authorities, courts, or other authorized parties.
